What makes it great: It’s funny how your expectations change when you move to DC. You have to settle for smaller spaces and less amenities to make ends meets. That being said, this is probably the closest you are going to get to penthouse living in Dupont for a “reasonable” price. This place doesn’t have a ton of bells and whistles but it is spacious and located on the top floor. There are windows on three sides, making it extremely bright. There are hardwoods throughout and the bathroom has been updated. Pets ok.
Why you should think twice: It’s a bit pricey but you have to consider the area and the square footage. The kitchen needs work. I can’t figure out the layout. I’m not sure if that bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom or living room.
