What makes it great: Spotted. Behind the couch is what looks like a fireplace! I have no idea why you would cover up this feature. Between the fireplace and hardwood floors, this Dupont studio is gorgeous! It also appears spacious. The kitchen is completely separate. It looks like there is a little breakfast table built in. The real question is where does that door lead? Is there a patio? The building has a gym and laundry room. Furnishings are optional.
Why you should think twice: The exact square footage is not known. If that door does lead outside, that could be a security concern, especially if the unit is on the first floor. Window units.
