What makes it great: It’s always nice to start Friday off with a good find. This apartment has a lot to offer for a surprising rate. Note the stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), hardwood floors, and in-unit washer and dryer. Finding both a dishwasher and a washer and dryer at this price is definitely unusual. The hardwood floors must have been recently refinished because they are gleaming. The building has a roof deck and is only a few blocks from both Columbia Heights and Adams Morgan. Cats ok.
Why you should think twice: It looks like this apartment is exactly in-between Adams Morgan and Columbia Heights, so you aren’t really in the heart of either neighborhood. It will be quieter if that appeals to you.
