What makes it great: This apartment is a great example of knowing your priorities. Location wise, this apartment can’t be beat. 17th and P is close to it all. The apartment has hardwood floors and coveted exposed brick! Then it gets a little bit tricky. This is advertised as a two bedroom but the second bedroom looks more like a den. The glass double doors are a giveaway. This means that closet space may be limited or nonexistent. The kitchen is small and no central air. So the big question is what are you willing to give up to live in an affordable Dupont pad?
Why you should think twice: As noted, the kitchen is small and there is no central air. Whoever lives in the den/second bedroom will have to sacrifice space and storage. However, you will get that beautiful brick wall!
