What makes it great: This ad is a bit vague and a little bit kooky, but I am going on a hunch. This is definitely the first time I have seen the word “youthful” in an ad. The map is way off too. Calvert/18th/Biltmore is definitely Adams Morgan, but the Google maps pin is in Cleveland Park. Despite these red flags I think this place is worth looking into. The unit is in a four story Victorian town home so that means it must have some cool features. The ad mentions a decorative fireplace and an etched glass door. All of this is very intriguing. Someone check this place out!
Why you should think twice: There are a lot of unknowns and no pets allowed. I think it’s an english basement.
