What makes it great: I love when awesome properties pop back up on the market. I came across this apartment last fall and wrote about it’s interesting layout. I was compelled to look at this place for two reasons: location and price. This is truly the center of it all. New studios in the area are going for close to $2000 a month, making this place a deal. I was turned off by the glass blocks until I realized that they served a much needed purpose. The design allows for both natural light and a little privacy. Overall, liked the vibe of this small, boutique building.
Why you should think twice: Though thoughtfully constructed, I might prefer the space without the wall. It looked like the space could fit a queen bed but it would likely be a tight squeeze.
