What makes it great: This post uses the description “two bedroom” loosely. The current tenant is using the loft space as a second bedroom. The space is neat but not very private. This place just has too many cool features to pass it up. Beyond the neat loft, there is a bay window, a fireplace, and beautiful hardwood floors. The kitchen has nice appliances and there is an in-unit washer and dryer. Overall the unit is spacious with over 1000 square feet of living space. Pet friendly!
Why you should think twice: The loft space may not function for a roommate or guest. If that is the case, this becomes a very expensive one bedroom. Not sure about the exact address.
