What makes it great: I love an english basement that has nice finishes. Attention to detail takes this place to the next level. Hardwood floors, a fireplace, and upscale lighting makes this apartment much more appealing. It looks like the hardwoods extend into the bedrooms, which is a plus. The two windows in the front are actually a decent size. Note there is an in-unit washer and dryer and central air.
Why you should think twice: The layout seems a little funky. First of all, its hard to tell where the only bathroom is. It would be tough if it was attached to one of the bedroom, especially for roommates. It also looks like one of the bedrooms is off the kitchen. Why would the living room have a large closet? Also, Euclid and 18th don’t intersect so I am not completely sure where this place is. The place is worth checking out based solely on the price.
