Hampton Courts is located right on New Hampshire Avenue and is only a few blocks from U Street and the 14th Street Corridor. All utilities are included in rent except for cable and internet. There are two units opening up in June for amazing prices. The one problem, both are well under 400 square feet. Is it worth downsizing to live in the heart of U Street?
