What makes it great: For the price, this place has perks. This is a two bedroom (one is furnished), two bathroom unit so it is ideal for roommates or anyone who frequently has guests. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is access to small porch and garden, perfect for getting a little fresh air. There are hardwood floors throughout the apartment and a beautiful bay window in the living area. The kitchen isn’t super updated but I do think that I spot a dishwasher. The little fireplace is also a cool feature.
Why you should think twice: The ad says that the lease is month to month but I am not sure that is the case. The current tenants may be living there month to month, but I would think that the landlord would make you sign on for a year. This is something to double check. It’s kinda strange only one bedroom is furnished.
