What makes it great: Studio living is all about give and take. However, sometimes sacrificing on space comes with some perks. At this price point, I would expect this place to be a dumpy english basement. I was shocked by how nice the space was, especially the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, fresh white cabinets, high-end lighting, and granite countertops make this kitchen really shine. The unit has parquet flooring throughout (not my favorite but better than carpet). If you are ever feeling cramped in your studio, there is an expansive rooftop deck.
Why you should think twice: This unit isn’t available until June 1 so hopefully you aren’t in a hurry to move. Glover Park is not metro accessible.
