What makes it great: When I see a loft my first reaction is, cool! I can’t quite figure this one out though. The ad says that both bedrooms are carpeted so that must mean the the ladder is in the living room? This is just a guess. The loft can’t function as additional living space. It is for storage only. A storage loft is definitely not as cool. However this does mean that there are high ceilings, 14 feet to be exact. Rent includes Dish network TV and some utilities. There is also an optional parking spot out front, but I don’t know if that will cost extra.
Why you should think twice: I would prefer that the hardwoods extended into the bedrooms. Roommates would need to share a bathroom. The apartment is on the third floor of what is probably a walkup. No exact address given.
