What makes it great: I will admit that I wasn’t sold on this english basement immediately. After taking a second look, I am seeing more potential. First of all, it is spacious. 600 square feet of living space is generous. There are two versions of exposed brick, one natural and the other painted. It looks like there are hardwood floors throughout and the kitchen is nicely updated. There is a private entrance and shared washer and dryer. All utilities included- even wi-fi!
Why you should think twice: English basements have drawbacks: low ceilings, less natural light, and less secure. The price changes if you are couple. It is also hard for me to get a feel for layout. No pets.
