What makes it great: This one bedroom is at the center of it all. It is walking distance from U Street, Adams Morgan, and Dupont. The unit has beautiful hardwood floors and a bay window. I love the little bar area. It is the perfect alternative to a formal dining space. The kitchen is a little bit dated but has charm. I like everything about the design of the kitchen- from the green cabinets to the butcher block countertops. It also looks like there might be some paneling on the ceiling- very unique!
Why you should think twice: The kitchen could be a deal breaker for some.
