What makes it great: It can be hard to strike a balance between downtown convinces and historic charm. Many of the downtown living options are more modern and pricey. The Eddystone is a nice departure from the norm. “Sunrooms” provide great separation in a studio. Though the doors are glass, it still provides a level of privacy. The unit also has nice vintage touches. I especially love the glass doorknobs and tile in the bathroom. The walk-in closet is icing on the cake!
Why you should think twice: This is an older building. No central air and a dated kitchen.
