What makes it great: Freshly furnished and fully equipped, this sweet little english basement is perfect for anyone looking to get their feet wet in the nation’s capitol. All utilities are included, even cable and wi-fi. The kitchenette is stocked with cookware and dishes. It appears that the kitchen is in a separate room that you can close off. Best of all, a parking spot is included. It does not look large but I love the fresh, neutral decor. I also love the dark tiles. The rugs compliment the flooring and create warmth. Cats ok.
Why you should think twice: The kitchen is more of a kitchenette. It is small with only cooktop and a small fridge. I wonder about closet space.
