What makes it great: The only thing better than a good reno, is if it includes a fresh white kitchen. I love the contrast of white cabinets with dark countertops and stainless steel appliances. Though there are no pictures of the windows, but the ad claims this unit is on the second floor. Located somewhere between U Street and Dupont, this looks like a great deal.
Why you should think twice: No pets and the exact location is not given. No windows is suspicious. Pictures are from this time last year. Hopefully it still looks this good.
