What makes it great: A great location on Capitol Hill, this two bedroom apartment is near the Supreme Court and Union Station. The unit is on the forth floor and has some charming features including hardwood floors and a small balcony. The kitchen is small and the appliances are dated but I love the vintage tile floor. The second bedroom is smaller but definitely workable. Cats ok.
Why you should think twice: Roommates will need to share a bathroom. The building is likely a walk-up. No central air.
