What makes it great: Lofts fascinate me. The concept is cool but I always wonder how functional it is. The layout certainly gives you far more living space. The entire space is very bright thanks to the big windows. The space is also very open. The kitchen area and living area blend together. The cool factor of this apartment is increased by it’s location. Right in the heart of Adams Morgan, the windows appear to overlook 18th Street. This apartment is definitely ideal for a young professional looking for a vibrant neighborhood with some serious nightlife. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
Why you should think twice: As I mentioned, the loft concept could get old and there are no pictures of it. Prepare to feel like you are in the middle of the party on 18th Street.
