What makes it great: Located on the first floor of a three unit building, this Woodley Park studio has some awesome features. For one, there is a very nice fireplace- not sure if it functions. The real selling point is the huge balcony. It’s hard to tell how big this studio is but additional living space, inside or out, is a bonus. The striped wallpaper in the bathroom might not appeal to everyone, but I think its cute.
Why you should think twice: The unit is carpeted and located on the first floor. No pictures of kitchen.
