What makes it great: I don’t know what it is, but I am always thrilled when I find something with two floors. It’s a refreshing change from a single story apartment. The first floor is a small foyer, bedroom, and maybe the bathroom? The second floor is the living area with hardwood floors and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is open to the living space. Both the living area and bedroom appear to bright and spacious. Washer and dryer in-unit!
Why you should think twice: I am fine with hardwoods in the living area and carpet in the bedroom. However, I would have preferred if the stairs were not carpeted. The “newer” carpet could be hard to maintain, especially on stairs. The kitchen is dated. No pets.
