What makes it great: Don’t expect a lot of bells and whistles but this studio is in a great location on the Hill and the price is right. The apartment is only a few blocks from the US Capitol and the Supreme Court. The layout is good. The kitchen appears to be separate. Though the building is older, there is an elevator. The apartment is on the second floor.
Why you should think twice: It is hard to tell by the pictures but I think there is dark carpet rather than hardwood floors. No central air and no pets. Square footage not provided.
