What make it great: For me, a dream kitchen is not a must have but for others, the kitchen could be a deal breaker. I love this kitchen for many reasons. I like that it is open to the living area. I also like the contrast of the white cabinets with the stainless steel appliances and dark granite countertops. The ad mentions three large windows but I wish there were more pictures. The apartment is located in a professionally managed building that allows both cats and dogs.
Why you should think twice: For this price, I would want an in-unit washer and dryer.
