What makes it great: In this case, cozy is not code word for small. The panoramic shots of this place may be a little bit deceiving but my guess is that this place is actually spacious. Even if the living area is small, the walk-in closet will make up for it. What makes this place cozy is the beautiful brick fireplace (not sure if it is working.) Easily walk to Union Station to get downtown or anywhere else Amtrak will take you.
