What makes it great: I have a weird obsession with duplexes. When you live in an apartment for awhile, you start to miss stairs. Stairs make a place feel more spacious for some reason. The top floor is also the top floor of the building, so no neighbors above. The top floor has the living area and kitchen, as well as a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is nicely update and there is a washer and dryer in-unit. There are bay windows on each floor, 12 windows total. The bathroom and bedrooms are on the bottom floor. The floors are connected by a spiral staircase. Cats ok.
Why you should think twice: Roommates will need to share a bathroom. There are a lot of requirements to qualify for this place.
