What makes it great: As soon as I saw this apartment, I knew it was special. I love that this is an urban building, surrounded by greenery. The apartment is located on the second floor and yes, that beautiful balcony comes with it. The living area is drenched in sunlight thanks to the stunning french doors. There are beautiful hardwood floors and period fixtures. This place has so much charm and potential. I can immediately imagine throwing open all the doors in the summer and having an amazing get together.
