What makes it great: The ad says that this studio is in Logan Circle, but I think that it is a little bit closer to Shaw. Shaw is quickly becoming a cool and affordable place to live, so this studio does not surprise me. It is pricey for a studio but it has awesome features. Note the hardwood floors, exposed brick in the kitchen, and funky bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in unit and a cute little balcony off of the kitchen. Definitely a cool place. Pets are considered case by case.
Why you should think twice: Again, I think it’s a little bit pricey but you are getting a unique place with some nice upgrades. The exact square footage is not given.
