What makes it great: I think small, boutique buildings have much more appeal than a shiny downtown high-rise. The building is only two stories and has 14 units. The available studio is located on the second floor. The apartment has hardwood floors, 9 foot ceilings, and a nicely updated kitchen with a disposal and dishwasher. Why you should think twice: Boutique buildings are charming but they do lack amenities and the service may not be as reliable as a larger building. This is walk-up and 430 square feet is definitely on the small side.
