What makes it great: There was a lot of buzz surrounding a similar english basement I posted about a month ago. Here is another one. This place teeters on being a little too “rustic” for my taste but the owner is cleaning it up. Selling points include the exposed brick, large window, and ample square footage. This is a true one bedroom with 650 square feet of living space. In addition, there is a private courtyard in the back. I also love the slate floor and fireplace.
Why you should think twice: No central air or dishwasher. Having two entrances is great but I would ask about a security system. This is a hot area that is in transition, but better safe than sorry.
