What makes it great: Everyone once in a while I come across an awesome deal in Georgetown. It’s finds like this that make all the EBDC work worth while. The apartment is located on the third floor of a 3 unit row house. The unit has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and sunroom. The laundry and back patio are shared. This is a huge space with a ton of potential in one of DC’s most historic neighborhoods. Don’t pass this deal up!
Why you should think twice: No central air. It is not the heart of Georgetown.
