What makes it great: This is my kind of studio- historic, spacious, and charming in an ideal location. The studio has 500 square feet of living space. There is are bay windows, a fireplace, and hardwood floors. I am not sure how many units there are in this building, but someone definitely converted this historic home.
Why you should think twice: I have said before that kitchens are not important to me. The smaller the better. This tiny, dated kitchen could be a deal breaker for many.
