What makes it great: Perfect for sharing, this unit features two bedrooms that are similar in size. Located right off of Logan Circle, the metro is only a few blocks away and downtown is extremely accessible. For this price point, the kitchen is pretty nice. There also appears to be a dishwasher. Hardwood floors extend from the living area into the bedrooms.
Why you should think twice: No central air. Roommates will need to share a bathroom. Though the bedrooms are similar in size, they appear a bit small.
