What makes it great: I was intrigued by the simple title of this post on Craigslist. The title is “an apartment for rent (Georgetown.)” I usually don’t click on such vague ads but I am glad I did. This is a stunning one bedroom in Georgetown. It has classic charm but modern conveniences, like central air. There is a washer and dryer in-unit. A big bonus is the back patio with PARKING. I think I see a fireplace too! All utilities are included in the rent.
