What makes it great: My first instinct is to shy away from bold colors when trying to market a place but this owner pulls it off. I love the bright pops of color. The entire design is modern and fun. If you want, you can keep all the furniture as is and rent this place for an increased cost. Unfurnished is an options as well. Overall this place has great original details and is situated in one of DC’s prettiest neighborhoods.
Why you should think twice: As much as I love the current design, where is the bed? Maybe the couch pulls out?
