What makes it great: Park Tower is an iconic building on 16th Street. Built in 1929 this historic building is hard to miss. This one bedroom unit is huge. There is 650 square feet of living space. Large windows and light hardwood floors are in both the living room and bedroom. Though historic, this particular unit has some modern upgrades. There is a washer and dryer in unit! I also love the leafy view.
Why you should think twice: You are right in between two metro stops but luckily there are several buses that run through 16th street. No pets.
