What makes it great: It has been awhile since I have featured a place in Glover Park. Glover has a lot of appeal because you can get a really cute place for not a lot of cash. The feel is more suburban and an oasis from the city. The downside is that it can feel inaccessible. This one bedroom is spacious with hardwood floors throughout. This small building only has four units total. You will have a lot of privacy and likely, a lot of peace and quiet. Rent includes access to a storage unit if needed.
Why you should think twice: No central air. No pets. The kitchen looks tight.
