What makes it great: The poster went a little bit too far when they called this place a “modern studio.” It’s definitely not modern, but it is a fantastic deal. I have featured this building before and I have always found it charming. This particular studio does have an open floor plan and the kitchen isn’t too dated. Looks like there are plenty of windows. The metro is a seven minute walk.
