I don’t think this is a particularly great deal but I had to feature this place. So many people struggle with how to make a studio work. The tenant of this Logan Circle studio has got it figured out. With the help of art, area rugs, and a little bit of paint, the tenant has created three distinct spaces. The sofa acts as a divider between the living and sleeping area and is anchored with an area rug. I absolutely love the accent wall in the sleeping area. The dark wall ads so much drama and again the rug ties it all together. The workspace is surrounded by art and books. I also love the repurposed desk. Rent this place or use it for inspiration!
