What makes it great: Sometime I am drawn to an apartment just because of the decor. I love the shabby chic feel and extra points for the chevron rug! Despite the interior design, this is truly a Georgetown gem. Across from Dumbarton Oaks, this is a beautiful setting. Straight down Wisconsin Avenue, you will find all of the Georgetown attractions. Inside the apartment there are hardwood floors and a cute eat in kitchen. The layout is open concept, perfect for entertaining. There also seems to be plenty of windows and natural light.
Why you should think twice: You may feel a bit isolated. Georgetown is not metro accessible. The bedroom appears small. The kitchen is dated.
