What makes it great: I love apartments in converted townhouses. They are the best way to experience a piece of historic DC. This Victorian style home has one, one bedroom units on each floor. This particular unit is on the third floor. The living area has hardwood floors and exposed brick! It looks like the kitchen is open to living area. The bedroom is carpeted and has a ton of closet space. The washer and dryer is communal but free for tenants.
Why you should think twice: Hardwood floors don’t extend into the bedroom. The kitchen in a little bit dated.
