What makes it great: Low rent usually means you have to do some serious compromising. I was pleasantly surprised when I found this place. It actually has some very nice upgrades. Note the hardwood floors, central air, full size washer and dryer, and private entrance. The bathroom also looks pretty nice. It is hard to figure out the floor plan, but it appears that the kitchen may be tucked away- perfect for a studio. The big selling point is that all utilities are included.
Why you should think twice: I am worried that this place is a shoebox. No exact square footage is given. It is worth checking out though. No pets.
