What makes it great: I couldn’t help but smile when I saw this place. It is so nontraditional and fun. If the bold colors don’t suit you, no problem. There are planned renovations that include painting the walls white and adding new flooring. If I had a say, I would keep it the way it is! I would hate to see such a unique place undergo a renovation. Despite the aesthetics, this place is a great deal.
Why you should think twice: The price comes with some sacrifices. No central air, no laundry, and no metro nearby. I will admit, this place is a little bit secluded.
