What makes it great: A one bedroom for a studio price is tough to pass up. This one bedroom has been available for a few days now and the price has gone down. I am surprised by this because I think this is a fantastic deal. The pictures are a bit uninspiring but this place has some serious potential. With over 600 square feet of living space, this place is huge. Cats ok.
Why you should think twice: The unit is on the first floor. The kitchen is small and there is no dishwasher. I can’t tell if the bedroom is carpeted or has hardwoods.
