What makes it great: I fell in love with the gorgeous finishes in the studio earlier this summer. The price was way too high and now the seller is motivated. This studio has been completely upgraded with modern, high-end finishes. All the appliance are stainless steel and the granite island is large enough to accommodate a breakfast bar. The dark hardwoods are the perfect compliment to the modern updates.
Why you should think twice: There is a lot left unsaid about this place. First of all, I am pretty sure this is an english basement unit. The glass door is key for letting in light but that is the largest window I see. The square footage is unknown. No pets.
