What makes it great: Just when I thought I had the biggest studio in DC, this place comes along. A whopping 900 square feet, this studio rivals the square footage of some two bedrooms. This is technically a studio but it has great division of space. There is a foyer, dining area, and huge kitchen. Many people complain about how small kitchens are in studios. This place totally breaks the mold.
Why you should think twice: I can’t figure out the location. The title says Woodley Park but the maps says Cleveland Park. Both neighborhoods are desirable so you can’t really go wrong.
