What makes it great: This rental has elegant details. My favorite detail is the built-in bookcases that span from the floor to the ceiling. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the entire unit. Though the apartment has charm, the owner didn’t skimp on upgrades. The chef-inspired kitchen has great updated appliances. The building is across from the Zoo, right on Connecticut Avenue. It is pet friendly, has great outdoor space, and free laundry on every floor.
Why you should think twice: The ad acknowledges that the bedrooms are small. However, the large windows and tall ceilings will make them feel bigger.
