What makes it great: I don’t know what it is about Adams Morgan, but I can always find a spacious apartment in good condition. This one bedroom is 600 square feet. That may not sound like a lot but trust me, it is. My studios is almost 650 square feet and I can’t fill it. There are hardwood floors throughout and the windows look big. The layout is interesting. It looks like the bedroom and living area are separated by a long hallway. Off the hallway is a bathroom. This is a good layout if you like to entertain and don’t want your guests going through your bedroom to get to the bathroom.
Why you should think twice: The kitchen is dated. I wish I could see the view.
