What makes it great: Located in the heart of Adams Morgan, this studio is a great mix of historic and upgraded. I obviously love the bay windows. As for upgrades, there is a washer and dryer in the unit and central air. There is also a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The building is small and has a great roof deck.
Why you should think twice: I think this is a bit overpriced but you are paying for location. It looks like the unit is on the side of the building, but I would be sure to listen for street noise when you tour.
