What makes it great: I thought a lot about whether or not to feature this studio. The Craigslist ad title is deceiving. To be clear, this is not a “large studio” by any means. 371 square feet is small. However, this studio is charming, well designed, and has modern upgrades. If you are not afraid of a small space challenge, this studio is worth your time. Pet friendly!
