What makes it great: This listing is going to take some detective work but I think it is worth your time. It’s an awesome price and in a great location– only a few blocks from the metro. The kitchen is fairly updated with a dishwasher. The bathroom has new fixtures. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a backyard and patio that is shared with other tenants. Free wi-fi!
Why you should think twice: The pictures aren’t great so it is hard to get a good feel for this place. However, the price makes it worth a look.
